Party Packages

Your package includes two hours of party-room time. Our team will guide the celebration, and the exact flow may vary based on your package and group.

• Guest check-in and welcome
• Open play
• Food and refreshments
• Cake, photos, and celebration time
• Final play and farewell

Decorations vary by package. If you would like to bring something specific, please contact us before your party so our team can confirm what is permitted.

Party-room assignments depend on availability and party size. We will confirm the room after your booking is finalized, so a specific room cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Our packages include 12, 15, or 20 children and allow 24, 30, or 40 adults, respectively. Additional children and adults may be added for the listed per-person fee, subject to room capacity and confirmation by our team.

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for the best selection of dates and times. Popular weekend time slots may fill sooner.

Goodie bags are included with the Rising Apples and Super Apples packages. Contents may vary, and candy is not included.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for a birthday cake or cupcakes for a reserved party. Package-included food and approved add-ons are available through 912 Playground.

Cake and cupcakes are permitted only with a reserved birthday-party package.

Private party rooms are available only with a birthday-party package.

Please ask guests to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in.

• A deposit equal to 50% of the selected party package price is required to reserve the booking
• The remaining balance must be paid in store before the party begins
• Charges for additional guests and add-ons are included in the remaining balance
• The cardholder must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the payment card

Refund eligibility is based on the time between cancellation and the scheduled party start time.

• At least 3 days (72 hours) before the party — full refund
• Less than 3 days (72 hours) before the party — the 50% deposit is non-refundable
• No-show — the 50% deposit is forfeited
• The party room must be vacated at the scheduled time; staying up to 30 additional minutes may result in a $69 fee
